Here in NYC we are dealing with the aftermath of "Snowmageddon".. which really wasn't

all thatttt bad. But still annoying enough to trap me inside long enough to get nostalgic

for warmer days. I can't believe these were from last September's NYFW,

and that fashion week is right around the corner again!

Nicole and I had so much fun this day, running around on iced coffee fumes.

My obsession with health, the planet, & wellness warriors are no secret..

I honestly believe that we all have what it takes to change ourselves, and the planet for the better.

It's really as simple as making a conscious effort about what we put in our bodies.

You should be picky about what you eat.

You should be curious about what your food is made of, and where it came from.

You should fight for the right to know.

You should question ev-ery-thing. 

These documentaries really fueled a fire in myself to do just that.

To strive for a cleaner lifestyle, environment & make eco-conscious choices.

Not only for myself, but for every living thing upon the planet that they effect.

They have made a dramatic impact in my life, and inspire me to no end.

I hope these lend some inspiration to you, on your personal wellness journey...
