Cheers to Day 3 of Governor's Ball

For the final day of Governor's Ball, I had to go out in true bohemian vibes!
For me, this is the style I feel most myself in general. But festivals almost push me away
from dressing this way when attending. Every other 14 year old girl either has on a
flower crown, lace kimono, wide brimmed hat, a fringed something or other & automatically
think they are a "hippie". It's really just a joke, & I feel like everyone takes it more
as a chance to play dress up. But I won't start a rant on that...

I did however enjoy my weekend at Governor's Ball (surrounded by obnoxious teens or not)
with a huge thanks to Stack Wine! They hooked Nicole and I up big time, & gave us an
experience we won't forget. This was the best way to kick off the start of summer!

Governor's Ball Day 2

As some of you may have seen on my Instagram, Nicole & I went to Governor's Ball

last weekend on behalf of Stack Wine! We both have been to festivals before, but never Gov Ball.

Needless to say, we were excited to run around and dance to some bands for three whole days!

Day two was probably my favorite for the obvious reasons.. Conor Oberst & Ryan Adams. 

Both put on such an amazing set & had the best sound. Conor gets better every time I

see him, but it was my first time seeing Ryan live & he blew me away.

Day one got a little rained out, as the NY weather did not care that we had festival business

to attend to (rude). Since the weather was unpredictable all weekend, I made sure I was prepared

for anything. For day two I played it safe with a jacket on hand, some boots, and

added tights to my new favorite True Religion shirtdress for extra warmth.

I mean, you can't go to a ball without dress right?! ;-)

Weekend Casual With A Brahmin Pop

A couple weekends ago I embraced the welcoming of summer by wandering around Beacon, NY

with Nicole & my pretty new Brahmin bag. A few weeks ago I attended a beautiful dinner

hosted by Brahmin & Vogue at David Bouley's test kitchen in Tribeca. (Check out the recap

on Brahmin's blog here.) We got to take a sneak peak at Brahmin's summer 2015 collection, & leave with a little beauty of our own. The entire summer collection is so fun & versatile, that there is a bag

for everyone. I obviously opted for the Perri crossbody bag in lemongrass-melbourne. I'm so obsessed

with this color for summer!  It really added a much needed pop & statement to my casual weekend wear. I'm sure this baby is going to make a lot of appearances with me this summer!
